If something “looks outdated,” we redesign it. If conversions drop, we change headlines or move sections around. We check analytics, but we don’t really build structured hypotheses or run consistent A/B tests. It’s more reactive than strategic. I’m starting to wonder if we’re leaving money on the table by not taking a more systematic approach. Do you actually use behavioral analytics and proper testing frameworks, or is it still mostly intuition on your side too?
