Subscription and Payment Issues with Liven

Hey folks, I recently signed up for Liven and everything seemed fine at first, but I noticed a double charge on my card after a week. Has anyone else run into weird billing issues or trouble canceling a subscription? I just want to make sure I’m not missing something before contacting support. I love the app itself, but paying twice definitely threw me off.

Yeah, I had a similar experience a while back. I ended up contacting support and also looked at some Liven reviews on Reddit to see if others had the same problem. A few people mentioned that the app can sometimes glitch with recurring payments. In my case, they fixed it quickly, but it helped me set reminders to check my billing every month so I don’t get surprised again.

Sometimes just keeping track of all your subscriptions in one place can save a lot of headaches. I use a simple spreadsheet to log every recurring payment and the due dates. That way, even if a company glitches or double-bills, I can spot it immediately and take action before it becomes a bigger problem. It’s a bit old-school, but it works surprisingly well for peace of mind.
