Subscription and Payment Issues with Liven

Hey folks, I recently signed up for Liven and everything seemed fine at first, but I noticed a double charge on my card after a week. Has anyone else run into weird billing issues or trouble canceling a subscription? I just want to make sure I’m not missing something before contacting support. I love the app itself, but paying twice definitely threw me off.

Many users have reported similar double charges with Liven, so it’s worth checking where the subscription is managed (in-app or via the App Store/Google Play) before contacting support.
