I’ve been messing around with Liven for a few weeks, mostly after work when I’m winding down. Honestly, I got curious because I’ve been juggling a lot lately and felt like I wasn’t paying enough attention to myself. What’s surprised me most is how simple it feels to check in — no pressure, just small nudges that get me thinking. I’m curious, what do you guys find the most useful feature when you use it?
